Steps:

1. Build a Intel RAID 1 by HDD 1(in Bay1) and HDD2(in Bay2)

2. Plug HDD1 out and wait 3 seconds, then plug it back.

3. When HDD1 of RAID 1 is rebuilding ...

4. Plug HDD1 out and wait 3 seconds, then plug HDD2 out.

5. Check Utility is not found the RAID and its member.

6. Exchange slots bay of HDD1 and HDD2, then plug HDD2(in Bay1) first

7. After plug HDD2(in Bay1), then plug HDD1(in Bay2) immediately.

8. Then found HDD status is Failed(Fault)

PS: If need verify another BP slots, please shutdown OS and exchange HDD slots then power-on system.

Or delete the RAID and create a RAID, then retry by different orders of HDD.
