1. Ethernet 100M Auto Negotiation:

若原生網卡是1G/10G降速到100M Full或只設定Switch,其中一端僅設定100M Full Duplex
,會遇到Auto Negotiation的那端偵測是Half Duplex! 解決的方式是"兩端皆"手動設定。

使用設備:
  1. NIC: Intel I350, Broadcom 5719
  2. Switch: Cisco 3560, Cisco 3650, Arista 7010T-48

Windows 就是毛病比較多= =

Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > 選 使用的NIC > Properties > Configure > Advanced > 
或 Control Panel > Network and Internet>Network Connections > 選 使用的NIC > Properties > Configure > Advanced > 
或 Device Manager > Network adapters > 選 使用的NIC > Properties > Configure > Advanced > 

修改以下設定
ARP Offload:Disabled
, NS Offload: Disabled
, Large Send Offload V2(IPv4): Disabled
, Large Send Offload V2(IPv6): Disabled

⊙ ARP offload is the network adapter's ability to respond to an IPv4 ARP request without waking the computer. To enable the feature, both the hardware and the driver must support ARP offload.
⊙ NS offload is the network adapter's ability to respond to a Neighbor Discovery Neighbor Solicitation request with a Neighbor Advertisement without waking the computer. Both the hardware and the driver must support NS offload to enable this feature.
⊙ Large send offload    
Enables the adapter to offload the task of segmenting TCP messages into valid Ethernet frames.
Because the adapter hardware can complete data segmentation faster than operating system software, this feature can improve transmission performance.
The adapter also uses fewer CPU resources.
You can configure Large Send Offload separately for IPv4 and IPv6.
Note    For adapters to benefit from this feature, link partners must support flow control frames.
